As part of our employee engagement scheme, The “Get Involved” programme was created by staff for staff with the aim of making the organisation an ever better place to work. Motivating employees to ‘Get Involved, Inspired and Informed’, the programme is designed to encourage participation across a range of initiatives within the organisation to increase awareness of what we do, improve our understanding, build better relationships and provide ongoing development.
